Environmental portraits

An environmental portrait captures the person at work, highlighting tools of the trade and the way
the person interacts with them. This is one of my favourite ways to capture people: I often get to see them
in their happy place, doing what they love.
It is also a challenging technical task, as I often introduce additional lighting into the scenery, and my goal here is to make it undetectable, yet functional. Shown below are three projects I did with people from different walks of life.
